   All new users are entitled to a 14-day free trial. During this trial period, you may test all key features and ensure the service meets your needs before making any payment.

2. No Refund After 3 Days of Subscription Start
   Once your paid subscription begins, you have a 3-day grace period. After the first 3 days of an active paid subscription, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

3. Non-Official Meta API Notice
   Our system is built using a non-official Meta (WhatsApp) API. Due to the nature of non-official integrations, there may be:

   • Bugs,

   • Instability,

   • Unexpected interruptions or issues.

   By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Such issues do not qualify for refunds after the 3-day grace period.

4. User Responsibility
   Before converting to a paid subscription, please ensure the service works for your use case during the 14-day free trial.

5. Support Commitment
   Although refunds are not available after 3 days, our support team will continue try our best to:

   • Assist you whenever possible,

   • Troubleshoot any issues whenever possible,

   • Provide updates, fixes, and guidance whenever possible.
