📄 Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Please read before joining the program:

• • Eligibility – Only active, paying WAAutoReply users can register as affiliates.
    • Existing credit balances will remain on hold and can be reactivated once the subscription is renewed if an affiliate no longer has an active WAAutoReply subscription.
    • Credits expire after 60 days. Credits not used within 60 days of account inactivity may be forfeited at WAAutoReply’s discretion.

• • Commission Rate – Affiliates earn 80% commission on each referred customer’s payments for the first 3 months only.

• • Payment Form – Commissions are issued as account credits and automatically applied to the affiliate’s current WAAutoReply subscription; no cash withdrawals are available.
    •  If an affiliate’s earned commission exceeds the value of their active subscription, the unused balance will remain as credit in their account and will be automatically applied toward future subscription renewals.
    • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • If the commission was already credited to the affiliate account, the amount will be reversed in the next payout or deducted from future credits.

• • Tracking Period – Referrals are tracked for 30 days; the referred user must complete a paid subscription within this period. Credit the last affiliate who referred the customer.

• • Self-Referrals – Affiliates may not use their own link to purchase or renew their own subscription

• • Fraud & Abuse – Any suspicious activity (fake accounts, coupon misuse, or refund abuse) will result in commission forfeiture and affiliate account termination.

• • Commission Validation – Commissions are approved 30 days after the referred payment clears and no refund or dispute occurs.

• • Program Changes – WAAutoReply reserves the right to modify or end the affiliate program terms at any time with prior notice.
